Basically, the HACCP-relevant data is recorded in two different ways. different ways.
With Mobile CHECK, the temperature is documented by a manual measurement using a Bluetooth-capable core temperature sensor and the CHECK smartphone app. With Auto CHECK, permanently installed sensors automatically send the measurement data to the CHECK CLOUD at adjustable intervals. In addition to temperature recording, the system also enables the documentation of cleaning processes and uncomplicated information management for a wide range of service cases.
